W3 Total custom CDN overridden by Proxy URL

    I can see that my blog CDN URL served (CDN.net) are proxy using the Above the fold optimization plugin. I use WT3C custom CDN option for deliver CSS,JS and images. I want to know how to I exclude my CDN URL delivery via Proxy URL.

    Also is it possible to Remove render-blocking JavaScript this plugin generate proxy URLs?
