W3C validation error

    Since installing the plugin I’m getting a W3C validation error on all pages in the Cookie Control code. It’s to do with the <p> tags output in the Cookie Control JS at the bottom of the page. The validator doesn’t like it for some reason (I’m using a XHTML doctype).

    I’ve fixed it by adding a CDATA block around the JS, i.e. <script type=”text/javascript”>//<![CDATA[ JS code… //]]></script>. Could you consider adding this to a future release?
