W3TC recreating cached file, but not uploading is to our CDN. JS Specifically.

We’re having a weird problem on our production server. We use w3tc to compress and upload CSS and JS to our amazon CDN. After clearing all caches on the site, it works fine initially, then sometime after, it creates a new version of the compressed JS but DOESN’T upload it to the CDN, leaving us with a 403 error (403 on amazon when the file doesn’t exist).
Any thoughts as to why the file is being regenerated and not uploaded to the CDN?
How would I troubleshoot this?
