W3TC Total Cache & Contact Form 7 Issue

I have this issue with page load times.

On my testsite at https://mangopublic.why3s.tw/test/ –

There are 2 looooong requests (TTFB is about 6 seconds or so).

I shortened my search to

?_wpcf7_is_ajax_call=1

But couldn’t find anything here –

Any ideas on a solution?

I’ll post the same to ContactForm7 support also as I don’t know what is doing what ??
