WA Icon Not Displaying

  • Hi,

    the WA icon does not appear, tried inserting the CSS code as well, but still nothing, cleared Cache and reloaded page, should display on left of the screen.

    even tried to get the balloon to appear and also nothing.

    It doesn’t load either the html code or the style and javascript files.
    It seems as if you don’t have any phone number set or the visibility hidden.

    Hi,

    I have entered an Number and the visibility is on GLobal visible to all pages

    double checked, all settings are exactly as per installation instructions.

    anything else to check for?
