WAAAAAAAY too difficult

  • I spent an hour trying to add an FAQ to an existing faq group. I’m beyond frustrated that something that should be ultra simple and easy is instead this difficult.

    Second — when I create an faq group, the slug for each faq is eliminated??? And in its place the URL displays the post#

    Why create a slug if Helpie isn’t going to use it?

    How is every single user not running into these two issues?

    And a third thing — Helpie claims it adds schema. It doesn’t. Check… https://search.google.com/test/rich-results

    I just turned off the default setting to exclude FAQ posts from wordpress search, so maybe it will eventually show. But why in a billion years would somebody not want to show up in Google search?

    I’m sorry but the assumption should be that people want their website pages to be found, not invisible.
