    Thanks for your reply:
    I spoke to my host (hostagtor), and the page now lets me log in, but I have a new problem:
    It isn’t reataining the new information; goes to my Twitter account when I’m in the site, but soon as I leave, has forgotten – so that when I try to log back in, I get the generic Twitter page again :/

    Nb when I go to the settings of the Twitter Tools page from my dashboard, I’m told, my Twitter account has “disabled” next to it:
