wadminw auto registration

Greeting, am having since several day a user who auto registre as admin level.

The following bot install theme and plugin. This change the .htaccess.

I have to manualy go into the FTP to clean the theme, plugin and htaccess to recover the wordpress.

Am wondering because the registration is unchecked. So how the bot can directly registre as admin.

If any can help i don’t get how to resolve this matter.
