Text on top of featured image

    Hello,

    I am currently using “Waffle” as my theme. What i would like to know is, if there is a way that i can create an effect that the text comes on top of the featured image (for just a bit), just like in “twenty fourteen“.

    the answer for your question,

    Because the parent theme is different ,
    owing to the Limit setting, theres is nothing i can do on my own themes.

    So sorry for not help you well.
