    Dear friends,

    If you have an issue with WP Accessibility Helper or need some help setting it up, please read the following first so we can provide you with the best possible support.

    Before creating a new topic

    – Make sure you’re using the latest version of WP Accessibility Helper
    – Check out the official documentation in case the answer to your question is there – HERE

    Creating a topic

    – Be as detailed as possible (browser version, OS, screen size etc…)
    – Copy and paste the debug from developer tools in case there is a javascript issue.

    After creating a topic

    – Please be patient. Free support for this plugin is provided as available. Most support threads are answered within 48 hours (Sunday – Thusday), but this is not guaranteed and response times may vary. I get about 30 emails with bug reports or features request every day =).
