    Support staff treat me like I’m using the free version. Getting nowhere with them.

    Can’t reset my password for the email I used to purchase the software, because the Password Reset function on the Peepso website doesn’t work.

    I haven’t been able to access my Peepso account since I bought the license to it’s plugin.

    It’s been 5 days now and nothing.

    We made multiple attempts to contact you over the ticketing system, but you never acknowledged our emails, we even manually reset your account password and instructed you how to change it, alas, I believe our replies have never been seen by you.

    We have the records from our email servers that all emails sent from us are delivered to you, but we think they end up in your spam/trash folder and you never actually see them. Furthermore, your server automatically responds to emails sent from our server, but that is a different matter.

    Can you contact us from a neutral email, like Gmail so you can actually see our replies, mention who you are, ask for Sinisa, and I’ll help you out.
