    I sent last email on november.
    After that I can’t and on the backend page it’s written:
    “You will be able to submit soon, as soon as our team has reviewed your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to authorized email addresses”

    No issues in the log.
    The key is valid
    The MailPoet Sending Service is active
    MailPoet Premium is active

    Hi @orsocapo,

    If I’m checking the right account (associated with the email address st**********@gmail.com), both of your subscriptions have been approved already and you should not be seeing this message.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    Alternatively, I would recommend temporarily changing the sending method in MaiilPoet > Settings > Send With… tab to “Other” and then back to the MailPoet Sending Service.

    If you’re using any caching plugins, please try clearing the cache on your website before validating the key one more time.
