Waiting for support for 4 days

  • Hello, I used this plugin before, sent newsletters and everything was fine. But after I recently bought it after a few months of pause my emails are sent but receive 0 views and clicks. I have already contacted support 2 times, but still have not received an answer for almost 4 days. I also tried to do everything possible but the letters just do not open, please help me solve my problem.
