Waiting list deleted after backup

  • Hi,

    I use your plugin on our website for some time now.

    Now I noticed that with each backup by UpdraftPlus the entire content of the waiting list is deleted.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi there,

    hope you are doing well! ??

    You will need to contact with UpdraftPlus in order to understand how they save the content.

    It’s possible that the IDs are deconfigure (for example Product IDs, … ).
