    Hello,

    My backups to Dropbox are no longer working and I see this message:
    Waiting until scheduled time to retry because of errors

    I have tried wiping settings and reconnected to Dropbox but keep seeing the same message?

    I swapped to Google Drive and now works

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Looking at the log file it appears that your Dropbox has no storage space left.

    Which is causing the uploads to fail.

    Ah OK thanks for the information and looking into it for me – much appreciated !

    There’s a current problem with Dropbox backups. Updraft does not delete all the files in a backup when automatically deleting the oldest backup (ie. Retain this many scheduled backups – under Settings). Some of the backup files are not deleted from Dropbox, so you need to log into the Dropbox account and manually delete them occasionally to keep it from filling up until this bug is fixed. (There’s another detailed support thread in this forum about this issue.)
