Waiver Requirement Error

When I have the requirement for an event waiver set to no the “Event Waiver/Disclaimer text area still appears and the “Yes/No” radio button still appears. In addition some PHP seems to appear on the page.

waiver == "Y"){ ?>
Event Waiver/Disclaimer
waiver_content); echo($waivertext) ;?>

I am not sure why it is doing this. I am familiar with PHP so I would look into the code myself but can’t find the source file it comes from.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?
