Walking guy with a lamp in header

Hi!
My question is te next:
I want in my header a walking guy (left-right and back, looping, sometimes randomly stopping, sitting down, etc.) with a flashlight. And i want it when i pull the cursor over the menu links (like home, contact, etc.), light to the menu link with the flashlight.

I have no idea. Thanks a lot!
