    The wallet transfer feature is enabled in the tera wallet settings. Everything seems to be fine but when i try to transfer wallet money in the form of gift cards then despite of me typing the full email address of the receiver the email field returns a blank and a message reading ‘please enter a valid email address’ . Iv tried dding all types of email addresses and they are all 100% valid but tera wallet is not accepting it. The idea was to send gifts between customers on special occasions in the form of wallet transfers.

    Please Help.

    Just to add that im transferring rs 300 and my top up currently shows at Rs. 500 . Minimum wallet transfer is set to rs. 100 . Wallet transfer is enabled . Everything has been checked thoroughly at my end but then it seems tera wallet has become buggy and is not accepting any email address field to transfer .
