Wallet transfers via email is 100% not working although enabled in settings

The wallet transfer feature is enabled in the tera wallet settings. Everything seems to be fine but when i try to transfer wallet money in the form of gift cards then despite of me typing the full email address of the receiver the email field returns a blank and a message reading ‘please enter a valid email address’ . Iv tried dding all types of email addresses and they are all 100% valid but tera wallet is not accepting it. The idea was to send gifts between customers on special occasions in the form of wallet transfers.
Please Help.
