WAMP installation with public access

The charity I volunteer for has an issue that their hosting server struggles to support production and web instances on the same server. Money is tight and increasing the server capacity is not palatable.

I have a spare i7/8GB laptop that I can repurpose to act as a server for the dev environment but all the WAMP installation guides I can find say that the only person who can access it is me over the LAN. I need the small web team to access it too.

Ports 80/443 are already forwarded to my Synology NAS from where I could use a reverse proxy to redirect traffic to the laptop.

But this is all a new area for me and I’d love to know of a guide that will help me achieve this
