WangGuard test fail

I just installed WangGuard and tried to run a test following the instructions in the plugin help documentation using the splog email address you provide ([email protected]). However, the test failed. I was able to register an account on our WordPress/Buddypress site using that splog test email address. I don’t know how to proceed at this point. Any guidance?
