Want auto scroll option to HeadLines of Front Page

  • Dear Friends, I am using a theme of cactus theme named University for my education site.
    I want add auto scrolling option to my Headlines. Headlines (Highlighted post) position is on the left side of Banner Image.
    How can I do it?
