Want Comment link bubble in upper corner of posts

I’m really new to this, but anxious to learn. Any help with the following would be greatly appreciated:

I want a comment link in the upper corner of my posts. Usually they are styled like a cartoon bubble or circle, etc. I assume this is a plugin, but probably don’t know enough to make that assumption.

Could anyone point me towards a solution?
