Want fixed repeating L-R columns

First of all, Jolene is a really attractive theme. Nicely done.
If someone takes a look at the existing site you’ll understand what I”m trying to replace:
top-bass dot ca

The left and right columns appear on every page and post. Those are sponsors so it’s important they get constant exposure. That said, I don’t mind if some other WP widget has to be at the top of each column for any reason to make it work. Can Jolene do that?

The Jolene demo’s I opened only displayed what I’m after on the home page. I want to put my own sponsor images always appearing in the left and right on everything for that site.

IF there are other suggestions on how to use Jolene and repeat the sponsors elsewhere in the theme I’m open to it.
