Want RSS & Widgets in my footer

    1) Would like a long footer like the picture with support for 3 rss columns & Widget Support. Basically I want 6 sections (2 rows of 3). The first row to have widgets & the second row underneath to have RSS feeds like in the picture.

    2) Want the dropdown tabs as the same color as the top-nav tabs when someone rollsover them (darkblue) and NOT transparent.
