Want the drop down menu in the same height as other fields

    Hi,
    I try to get the dropdown menu in the same height as the text field, email field etc but if I change the height the placeholder text is in the bottom of the field and not in the center. I have tried different css but nothing works so please can you help me.

    The website is under construction so hidden.
