There is an “Export” link. When you click on it you can download a translation file. Maybe you can use it to test them. But to be honest: I never tried this. ??

Please keep in mind that you have still pending/waiting translations in the stable-category. When they got all approved/refused your translations will become available soon via the WordPress Updater. ??
