    Dear Nabil,

I have sent you this email over a month ago but did not receive a reply. I hope I will via this forum.

I have downloaded the free version of your Smart Image Resize plugin for testing purposes. If it works well I will buy the pro version.
I am however experiencing difficulties as it seems that images with different sizes (irregular sizes) are not automatically resized to the same dimensions. This is the main purpose for which I would like to buy your plugin.

I am using this on a shop that is still being built, hence we have WP maintenance mode on. However, as in my e-mail per 28/11/2021, I have send you some screenshots for you to consider. If you need to enter the website let me know and I will create a user role in our back-end for you.

    Note that we already have;
    ? reviewed your support documentation
? ensured that we have checked both product and category images
    ? Regenerated thumbnails
? Cleared our browser cache (and have approached the website also via incognito to double check)
? Checked and we are not running a caching plugin on our site yet

Please see in my e-mail some of our product images; note that I included only one as the before and after look the same.
Also, we note that as we are automatically importing product images from our supplier and use product variations, not all images are directly linked to a product. That is, some product images are used for product variations and hence are marked “Niet gekoppeld” which means “not linked”. Yet they are mentioned as processed by Smart Image resizer (see screenshot as well). Not sure whether this is important but wanted to provide you with all details that you might need in order to help us out.

Needless to say that we want to resolve this issue quickly as we are aiming to go live soon.

    Many thanks for replying.`

    Hi @travelfamily1

Thank you for detailing the issue you’re having!

Just to note that we replied to your email but for some reason it likely didn’t reach your inbox.

If you’re not using the WooCommerce API to import your products, chances the plugin will fail to detect whether the uploaded image is a product image upon upload. To prevent this, you can add the parameter _processable_image=1 to your request to explicitly mark the image as a product-image. Also, we shipped a new improvement in the new update 1.7.5 that processes images after they get attached. So images that cannot be processed upon upload will be reevaluated later in the background. A notice will show up in the admin when an image is being processed, see this screenshot: https://ibb.co/DwxxBTT

    I hope this helps!

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best,
    Nabil
