Want to embed an mp4 video without using a player and hosted on my own server

    Hi,

    I wanted to know the best simple code to place a custom video I created in Photoshop which I placed an mp4 video inside of the Photoshop image. Bottom line is that I have the mp4 hosted on my own server. Can someone help me with the code to insert this video without the use of a player?
