Want to get rid of space between Menu & Page content

Hello,
I have bought a theme and i am struggling to get rid of the white space that is between the main menu line and the image cover of the page.
Now i have read seen a thread/simililar topic and the instructions did not help me. Please help. For further info please refer to this image link:
