    I have been using optinmonster campaign plugin for 3 days and published a campaign couple of days ago. While it has been really convenient to use, but i did not want to go for the paid subscription just yet even though the free plan exceeded my limits. I have canceled my subscription and would like to get a refund because my business is not currently in line with a paid subscription just yet. Please let me know at earliest regarding the refund procedure.

    @ericakfranz Thank you for your reply. I have submitted a ticket and also sent an email but as mentioned in the post, i haven’t canceled the subscription just yet before chatting with the concerned personale. Please let me know if there is any additional step that needs to be applied here.
