• Hi,

I’m developing a new site and I want to know if it is possible to make two words that appear together to be shown in italics while the other words in the heading remain regular.

Is this something I need to do in my theme? Or is there a plugin that enables this feature.

    Thanks,

    Broadlighter

  • By heading, do you mean page/post titles or the blog title which appears in your header?

Either way, you should be able to just doing by using <em> </em> tags.

Yes, I meant the page/post titles. I tried, on a lark, putting the tags in and they worked. I also wanted to try it on the menu titles, but that didn’t work.

I’m pretty happy with such a solution. If there is a way to do that in the Menu, that would be awesome.

    Thanks.

Do do this in the menu, you will need to use a custom menu and you should also make sure that your CSS is not overriding your tags.
