Want to make menu static with dropdowns

I’m trying to set up our menu so that the top level isn’t clickable and that you then use the sub items to access the content. This is a link to view our website.

As an example clicking on make a donation wouldn’t go anywhere (it would just be the title) and the only actionable pages would be the 2 dropdowns.

Is this possible and if so how would I set it up. Thanks in advance.
