Want to move About and Privacy to sidebar

  • I see some sites which have the About and Privacy in the sidebar. How can I do that? It’s getting crowded where my tab pages are, so I’d like to move these 2 to the sidebar.

    Pls. give me step by step as I’m new to all this techie stuff.

  • It really depends upon your theme. Unless you provide a link to a page on your site, no one will be able to offer much in the way of specific help.

    my site isn’t ready for public viewing :))

    Here’s a WordPress site i would like to emulate: https://www.gableatticfan.com. The links in the top widget in the sidebar do not link to any of the Pages on the site. I can put About and Privacy here. Where do they link to anyway?? and how can I do this, please? These link to content – but where’s the content at? are these posts?
