Want to order a list of Organizers or Venues by how many events they have listed

I have used the shortcode [list_organizers] to get a list of the different organizers in my sidebar. I was wondering though if there is a way to get the list to appear in order of how many events belong to each item?

Example

My list looks something like this:

• Organizer A (0)
• Organizer B (12)
• Organizer C (4)

I would like it to appear this way:

• Organizer B (12)
• Organizer C (4)
• Organizer A (0)

Is there any relatively simple way to achieve this?
