Want to put banner ad between post 1 and Post 2 on Homepage

Here is 120*120 Banner ad https://tech-ticks.info/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/lucky-nugget-125×125-2.jpg
which i want to put between excerpts of post 1 and post 2 on Homepage only.
I tried to look for plugins for this purpose but still unable to figure out.
Can anyone guide me step by step as i don’t know much about this PHP thing.
