want to remove the flat rate

    Thank you for reaching out!
    It is not currently possible to remove the default “Flat Rate” option in your settings under “Shipping Methods”, because for some destinations this is the only available shipping method.

    As a workaround, you can set up your own flat rates on WooCommerce.
