    I do not fully understand your question. What do you mean by:

    The large font size/bold title in the linked page is not generated by Breadcrumb NavXT. The breadcrumb below the page title appears to be generated by Breadcrumb NavXT. The reason the breadcrumb trail is so simple is you are not setting pages such as “Why Cyprus” as children of “Why Us”, the menu does not imply or reflect the actual structure of the site.
