want to show acf fields on different pages

    Hello,

    I’m using CPT UI plugin to create custom post type and using ACF plugin. I created custom post type as “Portfolio”. and all the acf fields are working inside the portfolio page. But I want to show this portfolio on some other page in between section. How to do that?

    I tried using divi theme builder to create template for all portfolio. and tried using divi shortcodes to add this on another page. But the acf fields are not working on the another page. How should i fix this?
