Wanting to choose home team in form and then players for that team are avail

Hi there all,

I am new to Custom Forms and am looking to create a results imput form for my darts team.

The idea would be choose a home team from a drop down list. Once this is chosen the next multi-select field would have all the players that play for that team.

Then you would choose the away team and the same the only players to select would be the players associated with that team.

Is this possible? Can I use the WP dB I have or does there need to be a file sitting behind the custom form?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
