The free version of blog2social allows you to post your blogposts to your network profiles on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Tumblr, Storify, Diigo, LinkedIn, Xing, Pinterest and Flickr. It also allows you to individualize your posts for each network with different comments, keywords, hashtags and pictures from your blogpost.
All of these features are absolutely free of charge.
