Warn if thumbnail is uploaded

    I just noticed that for each image I upload thumbnail meta data is created. This results in DB entries of format image-200x300-200x300.jpg. A warning would be nice that thumbnails should not be uploaded via Add From Server. Instead an option to automatically create those would be great, but this was suggested already before.

    Yeah I’m not adding that.
    Treat it the same as the upload form, you wouldn’t upload a thumbnail there, so why attempt to import one?

    Think of it the other way – if thumbnails weren’t created, you’d expect thumbnails to be created.
