I have a file to import:

    Definition is under the limits:

Upon hitting the Import button, I am getting this Warning 14:

I have searched the documentation, this forum and googled it, with no luck.

UPDATE: The file extension has to be lowercase. Why does wppa list it as available then?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Near the bottom of the import page is a button named Show error codes
When you click it, you will see that error 14 means: Missing file

Does the name of the file contain strange characters?

Thank you Jacob. It turns out that the part of wppa that actually does the import did not recognize files with an uppercase extension (JPG). My camera generated those uppercase extensions. I renamed everything to *.jpg, and files imported fine. This is a bit of a discrepency, since it did show the JPG files as available in the import window.

Hopefuly I was the last user who wasted 3 hours on this problem.

I just verified that, when you ftp items with uppercase extensions to your depot, and then enter the import page, they will be automatically converted to lowercase extensions, so…

Please tell me what you did
