I had installed this on two of my sites and I kept receiving alerts from my hosting company that I was going over my resource limits. I do NOT have the low level plan! After calling tech support because the error log was so big that I could not get it to load. It was discovered that Easy Updates Manager was causing these huge amounts of errors and causing the server to go over limits due to stress on the CPUs and RAM.

I have now uninstalled and made sure that this plugin is deactivated on both sites!

@wildtoddman very sorry about your troubles. We try to make EUM as performant as possible.

If willing, would you be able to share your error logs so we can correct the problem for yourself and others?

I was just going to install this plugin but stopped when I saw this.
Has this problem resolved?

These are the themes that I am using on the three sites that were causing errors. Three different themes and three different creators.

– andrewvandusen.com (AVD) is currently using: CT Corporate, Version: 1.5.4 By Code Themes

– rosiethorn.com (RT) is currently using: Rife Free, Version: 2.4.5 By Apollo13Themes

And

– williewilde.com (WW) is currently using: Lodestar, Version: 1.0.13 By Automattic

@wildtoddman thanks for that info. Are you running iThemes Sync or iThemes Security on any of those sites with the huge error logs?

As one more update to this issue, Those three sites are hosted on GoDaddy.

My other sites on GoDaddy that did not have your plug-in installed did not cause this issue.

I have not tried the plug-in on my hosting accounts with FastComet, a2Hosting, 1&1 Ionos or HostGator.
