• Be very cautious with this company. First, in terms of plugin usage transparency: for a simple photo gallery, they require you to connect your entire site to their questionable platform. What’s the benefit for you? None.

In terms of usability, it’s no better. The gallery management is far from optimal and adds unnecessary complexity and loading time to your site administration.

But what’s even more dishonest is that they subscribe you to a plan without your consent just to continue receiving their support. I thought I was caught in a dark pattern, but I’ve been informed that it constitutes fraud. According to FTC rules, consumers must give explicit consent before being charged for a subscription or recurring fees.

Of course, when you ask them for a refund, you’ll find the door closed.

I don’t plan to let this matter rest with them. Consider yourselves warned, and WordPress should not allow companies like this to operate on their platform.
