    Try, disabling “cleantalk-spam-protect” plugin via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    If that does not resolve the issue let us know.

    Well, I’m not able to disabling the “cleantalk-spam-procets” plugin as I can’t do anything with my wordpress account. ??

    And my host says that they can’t do anything about the problem, because it’s wordpress.

    I am not sure I understand.

    As I indicated in my previous reply, you can disable “cleantalk-spam-protect” plugin via FTP or SFTP or any other file management application your host provides.

    Simply put: You DO NOT need to access the dashboard to disable this or plugin!

    Ahh! Well then I’m not sure how to do it via FTP or SFTP but I will contact my host and ask whether they use FTP or SFTP!

    And try to disable it via one of the file management application they provides.

    I found my file management application (FTP) but don’t know how to disable it.

    Well I think I’ve found it!
    I hope it will help, but else you will hear from me.

    Thanks!

    I upgraded my WordPress website with shopping cart and the following error appears:

    “Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/ttwanwho/public_html/wp-content/plugins/count-per-day/counter-core.php on line 217 and defined in /home/ttwanwho/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992”

    Does anyone know how to fix it?

    @ttwan,

    Please start your own thread per the forum guidelines: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post
    Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Posting in an existing topic – which is Already resolved – prevents from being able to track issues by topic. Also, It’s easier for volunteers to help you if you have your own topic. Thus, your own thread is likely to get more responses, specific to your issue. ??
