    Hi,

    Recently updated to the 7.1.1 which was released an hour ago, caused critical errors due to a clash with the TikTok plugin (Which was a recommended install by WooCommerce)
    I’m using TikTok 1.0.12 – which is the latest, error log:

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 89 of the file /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tiktok-for-business/tiktok-for-woocommerce.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wc_get_logger() in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tiktok-for-business/tiktok-for-woocommerce.php:89

    p.s this happened after the woocommerce update, not tiktok install – it was already installed

  • Same issue with the official Google Analytics plug-in created and supported by Woocommerce!!

    Rolled back to 7.1.0 and all works fine

    I got tha same error after updating woocommerce but the error is related to the Vipps plugin.

    Hi there @ryanbowen2010 ??

    I’m using TikTok 1.0.12 – which is the latest, error log:

    Thanks for reaching out, let’s figure out why things are not lining up!

    Could you update the TikTok plugin to version 1.0.13 (the current latest) and let us know if the issue persists, please?

    If it does, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button.?You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).

    Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

    If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

    @mattthomas-photography @ecolito we hear you!

    We’d like to take a look at each store’s report on a separate thread, since each one’s setup is different.

    Please open a new topic here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0.

    Thanks! Looking forward to hearing from you all!
