The issue:

The fix is to simply cast the value to an integer, so instead of:

$time_popUp=$sfsi_section7_options['sfsi_Shown_popupOnceTime'];
$time_popUp=$time_popUp*1000;
ob_start();

you’d do:

$time_popUp=(int)$sfsi_section7_options['sfsi_Shown_popupOnceTime'];
$time_popUp=$time_popUp*1000;
ob_start();
