    Just a few words of warning for the potential customers of the Pro version.

    I forgot to cancel my yearly subscription. That’s my fault.
    But I didn’t get any warning telling me my subscription was about to renew. That’s the developer’s fault.

    So just after I got the notice that my automatic payment had been sent, I kindly asked the developer to issue a refund, since I’m not using his plugin anymore for a very long time.

    Here is his answer:
    “Sorry you weren’t able to cancel before your subscription renewed. As you know, we don’t offer refunds.” – with a link to his Terms & Conditions page.

    Problem: there wasn’t any non-refund policy whatsoever when I first bought his plugin.
    I discovered that he has CHANGED his T&C page to add a paragraph about a non-refund policy JUST AFTER RECEIVING MY REFUND REQUEST! Just have a look at the T&C page on Wayback Machine, you’ll see…
    Anyway, he changed his T&C without warning me, so it’s void… And despite that, he still refuses to refund me and does not answer my messages anymore.

    So not only did he blatantly lie to me, but he also stole me $40.

    You have been warned…

    Your silence in the face of these allegations, which can be verified independently, begs an explanation.

    We’ve never had refunds. After this custom contacted us, we did in fact update our terms to make it as clear as possible.

    Why no refunds? We run a lean organization and keep our price pretty darn low ($3.33/mo). Partly how we do this is not researching individual claims demanding refunds.

    Billing Schedule; No Refunds

    For monthly or yearly payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis respectively and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account; however if purchased directly through PrintFriendly.com, the service will remain active for the length of the paid billing period (Purchases through PayPal do not remain active for the length of billing period.). In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

    I’m not a developer or have anything to do with this plugin but here goes.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    This topic isn’t for here. This place has nothing to do with any refunds. If anyone has a problem with the “pro” version please take to the author’s site instead.
