warning after update to wp 3.5

I am having the same issue and not sure how to go about fixing the problem. Unfortunately I am not a web developer; simply only manage updates which I tought myself how to do in the past 4 months. At this time our web host is currently out of the office due to his wife giving birth so they cannot assist me at this time which is understandable. Is this something that I can do?
