• My WP site, donharris.me, received the following message after I–DUH!–uploaded and installed a Genesis them without first installing Genesis–DUH! my bad, I now know I should have installed the Genesis framework before installing StudioPress’ 24K child theme. In any case it seems I’m locked out. Can you help me out?

  • Use FTP or a ‘File Manager’ from your hosting service to delete the folder for the child theme. That should get you back in to install things in the correct order.
